Если алхимия, это «Наука» о «Трансформациях», тогда этот класс о трансформациях «Тела и Ума». Как такое возможно? Это возможно через выбор, готовность отпустить старые истории и требовать себя быть мощью, которой вы можете быть. На этом 3-х дневном классе Габриэль Лизенфельд и Грег Брайерс поделяться многим из того, что они испытали и инструментами, которые они используют сами, чтобы помочь вам выбрать новую реальность для самих себя. Этот класс будет комбинацией классов «Алхимия тела», «Магическое отпускание» и мощного класса «Хака». Класс будет проводиться в пространстве и энергии Алхимии, приглашении к трансформации, пространстве Благодарности и Позволения. Мы также займемся практикой создания такого пространства при энергетической работе с телами и поговорим о том, как «Создавать и Быть» этим пространством в и для своей жизни. Мы приглашаем вас начать приключение отпускания историй, проекций, суждений и умозаключений вашего прошлого. Многие из них, созданные еще в детстве или юности, до сих пор запирают нас в нашем прошлом. Как только мы освобождаемся от этих историй, мы начинаем видеть и двигаться в сторону новых возможностей. Также Грег расскажет о своей осознанности о силе и потенциале скрытом в Хака (традиция из Новой Зеландии) и научит вас простому Хака. Эта часть, действительно, позволяет отказаться от ограничений, которые мы приобрели, о том, что нас «слишком много» и как мы не должны выглядеть или выражать себя. В Хака вы вновь откроете силу, которую подавляли внутри и искали во вне. Чтобы найти ее внутри…вы снова приглашены отпустить все суждения из вашего прошлого. Если вы готовы быть всем вашим знанием (глубоко внутри вас)…вы выберет это? Если внутри вас кто-то кричит ДАА… Габи и Грег приглашают вас присоединиться к нам, исследовать и вновь открыть самих себя.

Alchemy of the Body & Mind…
If Alchemy is the “Science” of “Transformation” then this class is about the transformation of the “Body and the Mind”. How is this possible? It is possible by choice, the willingness to let go old stories and to demand of you to be the powerhouse you were meant to be. In this 3 day class Gabriele Liesenfeld and Greg Bryers will bring much of what they have experienced and what tools they use for themselves to help you choose a new reality for yourselves. The Class will be a combination of the “Alchemy of the body”, the “Magic of Letting Go”, and the potent “Haka” classes. The class is held in the space and energy of the Alchemy, the invitation to Transform, the space of Gratitude and Allowance. We will also practice creating this space with energetic body work and a conversation about how to “Create and Be” this space in and for your life. You are invited to begin a journey of letting go the stories, projections, judgements and conclusions of your past. Many of these, made while still an infant or young teen, still hold us locked in our past. As we free ourselves of these stories, we begin to “let go” and start to see new possibilities open in front of us. Greg will also spend time talking about his awareness of the power and potency held within the Haka (a tradition from New Zealand) and will even teach you a simple Haka. This part is really about letting go the limitations we have bought into about being “to much” and how we should not be seen or express ourselves. In the haka you will rediscover the potency you have held suppressed but have been searching for outside yourself. To find it within… you are invited again to let go the judgements of the past.
