Először is megtanuljuk megteremteni és tartani az Alkímia terét; azt, hogy mit is jelent ez, és hogy mit teremthet. Segítek emlékezni arra, hogy ki vagy valójában, és hogy miként lehetsz még inkább önmagad. A tanfolyam alatt bemutatom a masszázs alapvető fogásait, amelyek segíthetnek a családtagoknak és a barátoknak a relaxációban. Ha nyitott vagy rá, a test alapvető anatómiájáról is tanulhatsz, és arról, ahogyan az izmok futnak. Megmutatok majd néhány egyszerű dolgot is, amiket használhatsz az izmok könnyed ellazítására, és még sok minden mást…
Mivel lépésről lépésre haladunk az egész testen, kétnapos tanfolyamként hoztam ezt létre, hogy gyakorolhass, miközben tanulsz, és hogy végül mindezt egyesítve képes legyél egy teljes testes masszázst adni, biztonsággal és tisztelettel. Ezért kérlek, hozz magaddal két nagy törülközőt és egy lepedőt. Van, aki lepedőt használ az egyik törülköző helyett, ez csupán választás kérdése. Massage from the space of Alchemy
In the first instance we will learn to create and hold the space of Alchemy, what this means and what it can create. I will remind you of who you really are and how you can be more of you. During this class I will demonstrate and show you many of the basic strokes of massage that can help with the relaxation of family and friends. You will even learn (if you want to) the basic anatomy of the body and how the muscles flow. I will also show you some simple things you can use to get the muscles to relax with ease and more…
Because we will go step by step over the entire body, I have created this as a two-day class so that you get to practice as you learn and then finally combine it all together to be able to give a full body massage safely and respectfully. For this reason, you will need to bring with you two big towels and a sheet please. Some people would bring an extra sheet instead of one of the towels but this is a choice. Remember we are a group of people in a room together…
